Rent Out Your Collection.
Right from Your Own Store.
Offer access over ownership for occasions, seasons and statement pieces. A live availability calendar on your product pages, bookings through your normal Shopify checkout, and one dashboard to run it all.

One Garment.
Many Customers. Recurring Revenue.
Monetize every idle day
A dress worn once for an occasion can be rented out season after season. Each booking turns a single garment into a stream of revenue instead of a one-time sale, and every return puts it straight back on the calendar.
Win customers who won't buy (yet)
Occasion wear, premium pieces, seasonal gear: many shoppers want them for a week, not a lifetime. Rental lets them experience your quality at a fraction of the price, and turns them into future buyers of your new collections.
On your store, not a platform
No external booking tool, no separate rental site. The calendar lives on your product pages, the booking is paid through your normal Shopify checkout, and every rental stays inside your brand experience from first click to return.
A Complete Rental Operation. Native to Your Store.
From the availability calendar to the return reminder, every step of the rental journey is automated inside Shopify.

Duration Tiers & Pricing
Offer 4, 8 or 15-day rentals, or any durations you choose, each with its own price. Customers pick a tier, pick a start date, and the price is right there on the product page.

Live Availability Calendar
Booked periods are blocked in real time, with buffer days between rentals for cleaning and checks, blackout dates for holidays, and a minimum lead time so you always have room to prepare shipments.

Your Checkout, Your Payment
Rentals are paid like any other order, through your existing Shopify checkout. No external booking engine, no second payment provider, no reconciliation headaches for your accounting.

Bookings Dashboard
Every booking moves through a clear lifecycle, from booked to out, returned and completed, with overdue rentals flagged automatically and double-booking conflicts surfaced before they become a problem.

Automatic Customer Emails
Booking confirmations, "your rental is on its way", return thank-yous and overdue reminders are sent automatically, and fully editable so every message sounds like your brand.

Self-Serve Customer Portal
Customers follow their rentals from their Shopify account: dates, status, order details, and a built-in conversation thread with your team. Cancelled or refunded orders free their dates automatically.

End-of-Rental Buyout
When a booking ends, offer the renter the chance to keep the piece instead of sending it back. Set the price at full retail, at a level that credits the rent they already paid, or at a special rate that tips the decision. Entirely optional, and yours to decide rental by rental.
How it works
From listing a rental item to closing the booking, in 5 steps.
STEP 1
List a Rental Item
Pick a product from your catalog, set your duration tiers and prices, and add buffer days, blackout dates and lead time. The rental option appears on your product page instantly.
STEP 2
The Customer Picks Dates
On your product page, shoppers choose a duration and a start date on a calendar that only offers genuinely available periods. Booked dates, buffers and blackouts are already blocked.
STEP 3
Paid Through Checkout
The rental is paid like any other order in your Shopify checkout. The booking is created automatically, the dates are locked on the calendar, and both you and the customer receive a confirmation.
STEP 4
Out and Back Again
Mark the item as out when it ships, returned when it's back. Or, if the customer takes a buyout offer, the piece stays with them and the booking closes as a sale instead of a return. Overdue rentals are flagged automatically and the customer receives a friendly reminder. No spreadsheet required.
STEP 5
Back on the Calendar
Complete the booking after your quality check and the item's dates free up instantly for the next renter. Same garment, next customer, more revenue.
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before renting out your first piece.
Availability is checked on the server, not just in the browser. The calendar only offers dates that are genuinely free, and every incoming order is re-validated against existing bookings, buffer days and blackout dates. In the rare case of a clash (for example two orders placed in the same minute), the booking is flagged in your dashboard so you can resolve it before anything ships.
The booking is automatically marked as late the day after its end date, the customer receives a reminder email, and the item's calendar stays blocked so the next renter is never left without their garment. As soon as the item is back, you mark it returned and the calendar frees up.
Rentals follow your normal Shopify workflow. When you cancel or refund the order in Shopify, the linked booking is cancelled automatically and its dates are released back to the calendar. No manual cleanup, no orphaned bookings.
No. The rental widget lives directly on your product pages, and bookings are paid through your existing Shopify checkout. Your customers never leave your store, and your team never leaves the Shopify admin.
You stay in control. Buffer days give you time for cleaning and quality checks between rentals, and the built-in conversation thread lets you discuss any issue with the customer directly on the booking. Deposits and damage fees follow your own store policies. Automated deposit handling is on our roadmap.
Yes, if you decide to offer it. Buyout turns the end of a booking into a sale: on a $100 piece rented for $25, you can offer it at $75 so the rent already paid comes off the price, at $59 to make keeping it the easy choice, or at full price with no discount at all. Leave buyout off and the rental simply ends with a return, exactly as before.
Yes, that's the point. Weloop's modules share one widget on your product pages, so a shopper can choose between buying new, buying pre-loved or renting the same garment. Activate the combination that fits your brand and switch modules on or off any time.
