You remain in full control of your brand's physical operations. Weloop provides the digital infrastructure to manage your circular economy, but we do not handle inventory, shipping, or logistics. While we plan to integrate with premium transportation partners in the future to further automate your workflows, our philosophy is to keep you "in the driver’s seat" of your own fulfillment and quality standards.
Weloop gives you full control over the trade-in journey: you define the product categories and grading criteria, while your customers simply select their item and answer your specific condition questions to receive an instant valuation. Once they upload photos and submit, you validate the request in your admin panel to automatically issue a Shopify discount coupon to the customer.
Weloop automates the technical heavy lifting by creating and managing your "Pre-Loved" collections directly within Shopify. By clicking a single button in the Weloop admin, you can name your collection and watch it update automatically as new resale items are validated and listed, ensuring your inventory is always accurate.
Weloop charges 0% transaction fees on your resale and trade-in activities. We operate as your technology partner, not a middleman, meaning your monthly subscription cost remains the same regardless of your volume, allowing you to protect your margins as your circular economy grows.
Weloop is 100% compatible with the Shopify ecosystem, including marketing tools like Klaviyo and customer service apps. Because we use native Shopify features—creating real Shopify customers, orders, and discount codes—all your existing workflows and third-party integrations will recognize Weloop data immediately without any extra configuration.
Weloop provides a flexible, modular toolkit that allows you to activate or deactivate the Resale and Trade-in features at any time. This enables your fashion brand to start small with a single circular initiative and expand into new modules as your business strategy evolves.
We are committed to providing a complete circularity toolkit and plan to progressively release the Repair, Membership, and Rental modules by April 2026. As a partner-focused platform, all new modules will be included for our existing customers at no additional monthly fee once they are launched.
