1. Data We Collect

A. Data Provided by Store Owners

  • Email address of the store owner account
  • Store name and store URL
  • Subscription and billing status
  • Circular commerce option settings (resale, rental, repair, subscriptions)
  • Email notification preferences

B. Data Provided by Clients

  • Customer email addresses (only when captured via plugin-enabled features or provided by the store)
  • Order data related to circular commerce options, if enabled by the store owner
  • Interaction behavior (clicked selector choices, opened plugin UI, feature usage events)
  • Anonymous statistics and usage insights

C. Third Party Tools

We use third party services which may collect usage or personal data:

Store owners confirm they have the rights to use their customer emails when activating circular commerce communication features.

These identifiers help provide a better experience and cannot personally identify clients without consent given within the merchant store.

We never sell personal data. The plugin does not take commission on circular commerce orders.

  • Data removal: immediately if the plugin is uninstalled or deletion is requested by the merchant

For Client data, requests must be sent to the store owner you interacted with. Store Owners can request deletion of Plugin-controlled logs anytime.

9. International Transfers
